Exhibit A <br />Scope of Work <br />Kittitas County Public Works <br />Maintenance Facility Programming and Master Plan <br />Task Order No. 04 <br />Agreement No. KCPW-2017-19ENG3 <br />October 2017 <br />Introduction and Background: Kittitas County purchased a 6.61 acre site in Cie Elum, WA to be <br />the location for a new road maintenance facility replacingthe current 1 acre site. The project site <br />is located along State Route 903 at the intersection of No. 5 Mine Road. The County has requested <br />that KPG develop a program for the facility space needs as well as a master plan for the site. The <br />project was discussed during a meeting between KPG and the County on August 30, 2017. <br />Anticipated Project Phases (may overlap or be combined): <br />• Phase 1: Programming and Master Plan (Task Order #04) <br />• Phase 2: Design Sand and Salt Structure <br />• Phase 3: Construct Sand and Salt Structure <br />• Phase 4: Design Remainder of Maintenance Facility <br />• Phase 5: Construct Remainder of Maintenance Facility <br />TASK 1— PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />Objective: Provide management of staff and resources, monitor and manage the project budget <br />and project schedule, and provide client contact. <br />1. Internal resource management and prioritization of resources. <br />2. Manage and maintain the project schedule and budget. <br />3. Prepare monthly progress reports and invoices. <br />4. Provide bi-monthly (twice per month) updates to the County PM via phone, as needed. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Up to four (4) monthly progress reports. <br />Assumptions: <br />1. This phase of the project will not exceed four (4) months. <br />2. KPG may shift budget between tasks when authorized by the County. <br />3. Real Estate services to sell existing site will be provided in future phases. <br />4.
