L` - Deliverables: 1. Draft and final Program Document in electronic format (PDF). Assumptions: 1. The Program Document will be the basis for master planning and design in future project phases. 2. The draft Program Document presentation will not exceed two (2) hours and will beat the County's Public Works office. TASK 4 — MASTER PLAN DEVELOPMENT Objective: Utilize the space requirements identified in the Program Document to develop a Facility Master Plan for the site. 1. Prepare two (2) site layout alternatives, including future expansion capabilities. 2. Prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates for both site layouts. 3. Provide an internal QA/QC review. 4. Present the site layout alternatives to the County. 5. Incorporate County comments and further develop the preferred or hybrid site layout. 6. Present the preferred alternative to the County. 7. Develop preferred alternative into the final Facility Master Plan. Deliverables: 1. Site layout alternatives in electronic format and board mounted for presentation. 2. Preferred site layout alternative in electronic format and board mounted for presentation. 3. ROM for each layout in electronic format (PDF). 4. Final Facility Master Plan. Assumptions: 1. The County will provide required geotechnical information. 2. The County will provide stormwater management strategy information sufficient to develop a master plan for the site. 3. The County will provide topographical and land survey information, including site boundaries, as needed. 4. The site layout alternatives presentation will not exceed two (2) hours and will beat the County's Public Works office. 5.
