TASK 3 — CODE UPDATE - OUTLINE <br />Objective: Develop an outline for the code update that addresses organizational and content <br />related deficiencies in the current code. <br />1. Prepare a draft outline of the code update. <br />2. Provide an internal QA/QC review and check all assumptions. <br />I Meet with County and submit the outline for review. <br />4. Incorporate County comments and finalize outline. <br />Assumptions: <br />1. The County will provide a detailed review and comments on the outline. <br />TASK 4 — CODE UPDATE - DRAFT <br />Objective: Prepare a draft update to the Title 12 code including text and tables. <br />1. Prepare a draft of the body of the code. <br />2. Provide an internal QA/QC review and check all assumptions. <br />3. Meet with County and submit code update for review. <br />4. Incorporate County comments and finalize code update. <br />Assumptions: <br />1. The total page count for the updated code will be approximately 100 pages maximum. <br />2. Existing code material and language will be utilized as much as possible. The existing code <br />will not be completely re -written. <br />3. The County will provide a detailed and comprehensive review of the draft code update. <br />TASK 5 — STANDARD PLANS <br />Objective: Develop a set of standard drawings that accurately summarize select requirements of <br />the updated code where standard plans are deemed necessary. <br />1. Create standard plans. <br />2. Submit standard plans for review. <br />3. Incorporate County comments and finalize drawings. <br />Assumptions: <br />1.
