lclpc�w <br />TASK 6 - FINAL DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Objective: Provide a comprehensive review of all deliverables, make final revisions, and submit <br />the final project deliverables. <br />1. Provide a complete internal QA/QC review of the code update, standard drawings, and <br />provide a final check of all assumptions and decisions. <br />2. Meet with County and submit final documents for review. <br />3. Incorporate County comments and finalize documents. <br />a. Code Update 2017. Assume 3 bound hardcopies as well as electronic files (in PDF <br />and/or Microsoft Word format) <br />b. Standard Plans Assume 3 hardcopies as well as electronic files (in PDF format) <br />c. Final memorandum documenting the code update process. Assume 3 hardcopies <br />as well as electronic files (in PDF format) <br />4. Meet with the County to submit all final documents for use in the adoption process. <br />TASK 7 — CODE ADOPTION PROCESS SUPPORT <br />Objective: Provide the County with materials and support during their process for adopting the <br />new roadway standards. Provide materials for public meetings and outreach, assist with answering <br />questions, compile comments, and make revisions to the Code and Standard Plans. <br />1. Provide materials and support, answer questions, and compile public comments as needed. <br />2. Attend periodic meetings with the County as needed (assume two meetings total). <br />3. Make revisions to code and plans as needed. <br />MANAGEMENT RESERVE <br />Kittitas County may require additional services of the Consultant. The scope of these services will <br />be determined based on the unanticipated project needs or other considerations at the sole <br />discretion of Kittitas County. This work may include additional research, code revisions, standard <br />plan revisions, as well other items which were not anticipated with the development of this scope <br />of work. <br />These services will be authorized by Kittitas County under management reserve. At the time these <br />services are required, the Consultant shall provide a detailed scope of work and an estimate of <br />costs.
