Currently the public works crew has removed all plumbing fixtures and stall partitions. We have obtained one estimate for installing a new roof and skylights and one estimate to install the new fixtures and the rest of the work outlined above. Because the bathroom roof is leaking the City does not want to do anything inside until the roof gets replaced. The roof cannot get replaced until the snow leaves. Once the snow leaves, the roofer will replace the roof and skylight (which currently is scheduled for the first of April but could change with the weather) and another contractor will finished the work immediately afterwards. 6.
