Action Item I. Code Requirements: A. If the addition is closer than 22 ft. from the Cattle Barn, the east wall must be one- hour fire rated construction. It was agreed to allow 6 ft. minimum clear between the addition and the Cattle Barn with a solid concrete east wall. The addition will also be required to have a fire sprinklers like the main Bloom Pavilion. II. Plan Comments: A. Existing doors on the east wall of the Pavilion are fine as is. B. The new 8 ft. wide by 10 ft. high door from the Pavilion to the addition should be as far as north as possible. C. The south end of the addition should be open. A 12 ft. wall with an exit door will be provided on the east side of the opening. This will allow about a 26 ft. clear opening. D. Two 8 ft. wide by 10 ft. high overhead doors are required in the east wall of the addition. These doors should align with the existing openings in the Cattle Barn. E. The north door into the addition should be 12 ft. wide, the same height as the Pavilion door and centered in the north wall. F. The north exit door should be as close to the north wall as possible. G. The committee would like sky lights in the roof of the addition. III. Civil Items: A. The topographic survey will be performed as soon as the current snow coverage melts. B.
