Patti informed the Board that the project is on <br />hold until the snow melts since the next step is a Survey for <br />construction. <br />KVEC Updates: Lisa Lawrence informed the Board she met with the <br />IT Committee regarding the Fair board wanting an Instagram <br />Account and further informed them that the -committee tabled the <br />discussion since they had no recommendation for the Board yet <br />and that they would most likely see this on a future agenda. <br />Lisa L. informed the Board that Spirit of the West is this week <br />end and staff has been busy with snow removal and preparation <br />for the event. <br />Discussion was held on various inquires for different types of <br />motorized events in the Rodeo Arena including the possibility <br />for in kind services in lieu of rental fees and that Lisa L. <br />would further investigate the extent of the inquiry. <br />Discussion on Bowling Alley Contents and Proposal Review: <br />Lisa L. informed the Board that Bill Hamilton had contacted her <br />and was interested in some of the equipment inside the Bowling <br />Alley.
