interpretations are to be consistent with the intent of and reasonably inferable from the Contract <br />Documents. CONSULTANT has anticipated five (5) RFPs to be submitted and or resubmitted by the <br />Contractor. if additional RFis are submitted or resubmitted, they will be deemed to be additional <br />services. <br />5. Provide support for review of Shop Drawings and Samples: Review and take appropriate action In <br />respect to Shop Drawings and Samples defined in CONSULTANT's specifications and the <br />Contractor's Schedule as defined in Section 2.05A, but only for conformance with the information <br />given in the Contract Documents and compatibility with the design concept of the completed Project <br />as a functioning whole as indicated by the Contract Documents. Such reviews will not extend to <br />means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction or to safety precautions <br />and programs incident thereto. CONSULTANT anticipates five (5) shop drawings shall be submitted <br />as defined in Section 7. If additional Shop Drawings or resubmittal of Shop Drawings re submitted <br />more than two times, they will be deemed to be additional services. <br />Provide temporary structure inspection it a temporary bridge structure is utilized. Assume one (1) <br />inspection per month. <br />B. Deliverables <br />I. None identified; deliverables will be dependent on task(s), if any, Owner chooses to authorize <br />CONSULTANT to perform; <br />3. OWNER CLARIFICATIONS <br />A. In order to quantify the Scope of Services and the associated Compensation and Schedule, Owner shall <br />confirm the following: <br />1. The Project Site has no known or anticipated environmental or ecological conditions that will impact <br />Services, Schedule or Compensation. <br />2. Owner -provided documents will be received in Microsoft based formats and Autodesk 2016 Civil 3D <br />and will be available to CONSULTANT within five (5) business days of executing the Agreement. <br />3.
