4. PERMITS <br />4.01 Below is a list of permits required to be submitted by Owner. Also included is the anticipated review time by <br />each agency. <br />PERMIT AGENCY <br />PROCESS AND TIMELINE <br />JOINT AQUATIC RESOURCES PERMIT <br />APPLICATION (DARPA) PROCESS <br />15 DAYS TO PREPARE <br />WDFW HPA <br />30-45 DAYS FOR APPROVALS FROM WDFW <br />ECOLOGY 401 <br />30-45 DAYS FOR APPROVAL FROM <br />ECOLOGY <br />CORPS 404 NW <br />30-45 DAYS FOR APPROVAL FROM CORPS <br />PROGRAMMATIC BIOLOGICAL <br />ASSESSMENT <br />15 DAYS TO PREPARE <br />CORPS SPIF FHEP PROCESS <br />30-45 DAYS FOR APPROVAL FROM CORPS <br />4.02 Owner will directly pay the cost of the Permit Application to the Agency and the permit. <br />4.03 If permits are required beyond what is specified in the Section 8.01, such additional permit support shall be <br />deemed to be Additional Services. <br />5. PUBLIC MEETINGS <br />l The CONSULTANT Project Manager shall attend one (1) public meeting in the community at the location <br />chosen by the Owner. Owner shall secure the facility and any refreshments, develop and distribute <br />outreach materials, and coordinate all other logistical requirements. <br />6. OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />6.01 In addition to other responsibilities of Owner as set forth in this Agreement, Owner will at its own expense: <br />A. Provide CONSULTANT with all criteria and full information as to Owner's requirements for the Project, <br />including design objectives and constraints, space, capac ty and performance requirements, flexibility <br />and expandability; budgetary limitations; famish copies of all design and construction standards which <br />Owner will require to be included in the Drawings and Specifications; and furnish copies of Owner's <br />standard forms, conditions and related documents for CONSULTANT to include in the Bidding <br />Documents, when applicable. <br />B. Furnish to CONSULTANT any other available information pertinent to the Project including reports and <br />data relative to previous designs, or investigation at or adjacent to the Project Site. <br />C. Contract with a separate party to perform stream or channel mitigation, improvement, and/or <br />restoration design- The Owner shall require the separate party to perform their design work in <br />coordination with CONSULTANT's schedule, and collaborate as needed with CONSULTANT in order <br />to meet the milestones of CONSULTANT's schedule. <br />D. Following CONSULTANT's assessment of initially -available Project information and data and upon <br />request, furnish or otherwise make available such additional Project related Information and data as is <br />Page 9 of 10 <br />
