3. One (1) electronic copy of Final Opinion of Probable Construction Cost <br />C. CONSULTANT's Services under the Bid Ready Phase will be considered complete on the date when <br />the final Final Design Phase Documents and any other related listed Deliverables have been submitted <br />to the Owner. <br />2.06 Bidding or Negotiating Phase <br />A. Owner shall establish an allowance of time for CONSULTANT to perform the tasks stated in this Phase. <br />CONSULTANT shall only perform task(s) selected, and authorized, by the Owner up to the contractual <br />allowance for this Phase. <br />B. Bidding and Negotiations support could include any of the following tasks, as authorized by owner: <br />I . Assist Owner in advertising for and obtaining bids or proposals for the Work. <br />2. Attend one pre-bid conference. <br />3. Issue one (1) addenda If appropriate to clarify, correct or change the bidding documents. <br />4. Provide information or assistance needed by Owner in the course of any negotiations with <br />prospective contractors. <br />5. Consult with Owner as to the acceptability of subcontractors, suppliers, and other individuals and <br />entities proposed by prospective contractors for those portions of the Work as to which such <br />acceptability is required by the bidding documents. <br />6. M bidding documents require, CONSULTANT will evaluate and determine the acceptability of "or <br />equals" and substitute materials and equipment proposed by bidders. <br />7. Attend the Bid opening, prepare Bid tabulation sheets, and assist Owner in evacuating Bids or <br />proposals and In assembling and awarding contracts for the Work. Support the OWNER defining <br />any bid irregularities. <br />C. Deliverables <br />1. None identified; dellverables will be dependent on task(s), If any, Owner chooses to authorize <br />CONSULTANT to perform; <br />2.07 Construction Phase <br />A. Owner shall establish an allowance of time for CONSULTANT to perform the tasks stated in this Phase. <br />CONSULTANT shall only perform task(s) selected, and authorized by the Owner up to the contractual <br />allowance for this Phase. Construction phase support could include any of the following tasks, as <br />authorized by owner: <br />1. Pre -Construction Conference: Participate in a Pre -Construction Conference, I required, prior to <br />commencement of Work at the Project Site. <br />2. Provide environmental monitoring and support during construction If required by specific project <br />permits and approvals and as deemed necessary by the Owner. This includes a pre -construction <br />meeting with the Contractor to ensure environmental commitments are understood and can be met. <br />3. Visits to the Project Site and Observation of Construction. A total of four (4) project visits are <br />anticipated and as scheduled by the Owner. <br />4. bequests for Information: Issue necessary clarifications and interpretations of the Contract <br />Documents as appropriate to the orderly completion of the Work.
