7. Guard rail and barrier layout and details. <br />8. Precast box culvert structural design and details. <br />9. Box culvert foundation design and details. <br />10. Design quantities and estimate of probable construction costs. <br />B. Hold one (1) over -the -shoulder (OTS) review meeting with the Owner to jointly review the preliminary <br />documents, obtain comments from Owner, and ensure agreement on the final design. <br />C. Submit for and obtain environmental permits or approvals. Includes follow-up with Agencies and <br />completion of permits applied for as part of the Concept Design Phase. <br />D. Complete review of environmental permits or approvals (HPA, 404 NWP, ESA SPIF Conditions, and <br />401 LOV) for constructability concerns and coordinate with regulatory agencies on any modifications. <br />Incorporate environmental commitments from agency permits into the final contract Plans, <br />Specifications, and Estimates. <br />F. Deliverables <br />1_ One (1) electronic PDF copy of preliminary drawings, cross-sections, and details referenced above. <br />Drawings will also include cover sheet, vicinity map, index, legend, and any required or referenced <br />Owner standard plans. <br />2. One (1) electronic copy of outline specifications. <br />3. Contract ready copies of Environmental Permits and Approvals. <br />E, CONSULTANT's Services under this Phase will be complete on the date the Final Design Phase <br />Documents and any other listed Deliverables have been submitted to the Owner. <br />F. Assumption: <br />1. CONSULTANT shall receive and address one (1) set of Owner's comments. Owner shall resolve <br />conflicting comments, screen for out of scope comments and consolidate all comments to one (1) <br />document prior to sending comments to CONSULTANT. <br />2.05 Bid -Ready Documents <br />A. Upon the Owner's approval of the Final Design Phase, including any other deliverables subject to any <br />Owner -directed modifications in the Scope of Services or the design requirements of the Project, and <br />upon written authorization by Owner to proceed, CONSULTANT will: <br />1. Prepare Final Drawings and Specifications; incorporating responses to comments as mutually - <br />agreed. <br />2. Prepare and furnish bidding documents for use by Owner. <br />3. Revise the Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. <br />B. Deliverables <br />1. One (1) electronic copy of final Drawings. <br />2.
