Task Order 02 Attachment I Page 2 of 5 Assumptions; The County will provide project design drawings and wetland and stream boundary information in electronic formal (i.e. CAD). ESA will use the drawings to create the DARPA figures. o No project restoration design work is anticipated, and is not included in this task if requested, ESA will provide a task: order supplement for restoration design assistance. + The County will provide a single set of consolidated review comments on the Draft DARPA. o We have assumed one revision of tl o DARPA, as specified above. Additional revisions may require a task order amendment. Task 4 — Endangered Species Act Coordination: FSA will prepare a Biolog bW Assessment (BA) for the project: The BA wolf be prepared to support consultation efforts under Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act among the federal lead agency (FHWA) and the United States Fish and Wrl66 Service (USFWS) and National Mame Fisberies Service O MFS). This task includes a visit to the project site, which will coincide with the wedand/OHWM delineatkni (see Task 2). This task also rncludes coordinat m with NWS, USFWS, WDFW, and the Washington Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) as necessary to obtain habitat and species information. ESA will prepare a draft BA for review by the County. After County review l&A will make me set of revisions and submit a revised draft BA to to FHWA's On -Line File Cabinet. After WSDOT/FHWA re -w, iew, FSA will prepare a final BA to be submitted to USFWS and VM. Deliverables: Coiuity draft (electronic), revised dmfft (electronic), and final BA. Depending upon project design, construction methods, and construction timing we assume tbat project "may affect, but is not likely to adversely affiect" or °dray affect, and likely to adversely affect" Endangered Species Act - listed specie% and therefore a full BA would be required. o The County will provide a single set of consolidated review comments on the Draft B.A. a ESA will adjust the BA as required within the limitations ofthe budget.
