The Project Officer, as needed, may request additional information on status of the project on an ad hoc <br />basis. <br /><Add additional details regarding the scope of this activity, as appropriate> <br />Standards: All Project Management work shall be performed in accordance with the standards specified in <br />Section 5 — Standards. <br /><Add, modify or delete deliverables below, as necessary (e.g., an Integrated Baseline Review for the <br />project as required by the Regional Office)> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Monthly Earned Value data reporting through the MIP with variance explanations to support <br />management of technical mapping activities within specified time frame, for both Regulatory and <br />Flood Risk Products. <br />• Management of SPI/CPI performance for an organization. <br />• Overall project QA/QC maintenance information, such as maintaining a QA/QC log and <br />providing a QA/QC approach to FEMA for review and approval. <br />• Management of adherence to scope of work and quality of work for an organization. <br />Project Risk Identification and Mitigation <br />Res onsible MaRping Partner: Kittitas County Public Works <br />Threats to the planned completion of a project may come from various sources.
