36. LIGHTING ML BE N PLACE. <br />ALL LIGHTS MUST BE IN PLACE CONNECTED, AND IN WORKING ORDER PRIOR TO ARTIST <br />LOAD -IN. <br />NOTE: ACCEPTED LIGHTING CONTROL DESKS INCLUDE ONLY HOG 3, HOG 4, OR MA2 <br />Any Questions regarding Lighting Specifications should be directed to ARTIST'S Production Manager. All <br />lighting shall be approved at least thirty (30) days prior to show. PURCHASER shall provide the following <br />equipment, CONFIGURED AND FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AT THE TIME OF LOAD IN: <br />a. 120 K with two double hung 40' Thomas Trusses with 60 Par 64 cans on each truss. The trusses are to be <br />gelled and lamped as per lighting plot <br />b. Six (4) Par 64 ACL bars gelled as per lighting plot. <br />c. Eight (8) LED moving head fixtures. (mac 301 or equivalent) Please see plot for placement of lights. <br />d. Three (3) Cell Cyc Lites <br />e. Six (6) 19 Degree Leko <br />f. 120 K or greater of DMX dimming (N.S.I. consoles and dimmers are not acceptable) <br />g. One (1) DF 50 Diffuser Hazer or equivalent with high velocity fan. <br />h. One (1) High -End F 100 Fog Machine (outdoor shows only). <br />i. Four (4) 8 Lite moles or 9 lights, as per lighting plot for crowd lighting. <br />,j. Artist provides one black blow thru backdrop with Tracy Lawrence Logo at 40' wide by 20' tall to be hung <br />behind the rear truss. <br />k. A separate rear truss or bar and pulley system is required. <br />1. One 250' lighting control snake. <br />in. Eight stations of clear com, with belt packs and headsets. (House lights must have <br />Communication with Lighting Director). <br />n. All cabling needed for safe operation of all lighting equipment. <br />o. All lighting equipment should be in good working order and prepared before it reaches the <br />Show site. All dimmers should be trimmed. All gels and lamps per lighting plot. <br />p. Trusses should be trimmed at least 22 feet above stage. Upstage truss should be flown at <br />34' upstage from the downstage edge. Down stage truss should be no more than 6 feet down stage of down <br />stage edge and no more than i foot on stage. <br />q. Genie towers are to be provided by Buyer at no cost to ARTIST, if rigging is not possible. The Genie MUST <br />be Super Tower ST 24. (NO EXCEPTIONS) and must contain all necessary out riggers as well as down guys <br />on outdoor shows for absolute safety. 7) <br />37. FOLLOW SPOTS Py <br />PURCHASER shall provide+rirrM <br />(uper Trooper or equivalent spotlights, with experienced operators. Lights <br />must be in good working order, capable of the throw distance, elevated above audience, and gelled per lighting plot. <br />38. STAGE CALL, SET UP & SOUND CHECK <br />a. PURCHASER shall provide ARTIST access to the venue at least twelve (12) hours prior to showtime for load - <br />in and sound check. <br />h. PURCHASER shall provide the following laborers to assist ARTIST'S employees: ten (10) stagehands, <br />(competent and sober), to assist with load -in and load -out. At least four (4) stagehands will be required to stay <br />the entire day. <br />i. PURCHASER shall provide the following laborers to assist ARTIST'S employees: four (4) truck loaders <br />(competent and sober) at load -in and at load -out. <br />d. The ten (10) stagehands and four (4) truck loaders, will be directed solely by the ARTIST'S Production <br />Manager and or the ARTIST'S Stage Manager. <br />e. PURCHASER agrees to a mandatory sound check, to be completed prior to the opening of venue doors and <br />admission of ticket holders. <br />f. PURCHASER or a representative of the PURCHASER must be present from the time of stage call until load - <br />out has been completed. <br />
