g. PURCHASER shall insure that Sound & Lighting contractors are provided with the required number of <br />stagehands & power requirements. <br />h. PURCHASER shall inform PRODUCER'S representative, at advance, of any activities (horse races, pageants, <br />etc.) that may interfere with set-up or sound check. <br />i. ARTIST'S labor requirements for load -in and load -out are a bare minimum request and a deal breaker if <br />removed or eliminated from this contract. ARTIST'S labor requirements are needed to insure a safe and <br />uneventful load -in and load -out. PURCHASER shall insure that all labor will be available as required by <br />ARTIST. Load -in time, shall be set by PRODUCERS representative with PURCHASER, in advance of <br />engagement. Load -put start time will be determined to begin at the end of the ARTIST'S last sone, or the <br />last performance, of the engagement, with load -out ending when PRODUCER'S representative has <br />determined that tabor requirements for ARTIST'S Ioad out are fully satisfied. Due to the complex nature <br />of the traveling concert business, the ARTIST has a very busy schedule and a timely load -out is required to <br />insure that the ARTIST arrives at his next destination safely and on time. In the event that all of the labor <br />requirements stated in the above paragraphs are not complied with by the PURCHASER, resulting in n <br />delayed load -in or load -out to the ARTIST, PURCHASER will incur n charge from the PRODUCER, of <br />One hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each hand unaccounted for. This will be determined at load in and if <br />Artist representative feels there could be an issue will collect the money prior to artist performance and <br />all monies will be returned if contract Is met after load out <br />39. COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING <br />a. This is the agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the engagement.
