1,VIL�N, J1101 A' CEo TO BEMUTUALLVAGREED <br />UPON DURING ADVANCE <br />28. PRODUCTION: <br />ALL SOUND, LIGHTS, STAGING. ETC. MUST BE IN PLACE, CONNECTED, AND IN WORKING <br />ORDER PRIOR TO ARTIST LOAD -IN. <br />Any questions regarding production should be directed to ARTIST'S Production Manager. All production must be <br />cleared and approved thirty (30) days prior to show. Sound company will advise ARTIST'S Production Manager in <br />writing of the specifications on all components and the electronics of the system no later than thirty (30) days prior <br />to the contracted performance date. The sound company must also furnish at that time the name and telephone <br />number of the sound company crew chief working the engagement. If there is to be an opening act, or a co -bill, <br />additional mix consoles must be provided for the other act(s). <br />29. POWER: <br />The AC or power shall be on three (3) separate services: (a) 120/208 volts, 600 amp three (3) phase for Lighting: <br />(b) 120/208 volts, 200 amp (3) three phase for Sound: (c) 120208 volts, 100 amp three (3) phase for Moving <br />Lights. All shall be within fifty (50) feet of the stage with lugs and distribution. Further, a qualified, licensed, <br />electrician shall be available one (1) hour prior to the specified load -in times and remain available until all power is <br />hooked up to ARTIST'S Production Manager's satisfaction and all is in a safe and clean working order with less <br />than one (1.00) volt between ground and neutral . The electrician shall be available again upon completion of <br />ARTIST'S services. Eight (8) twenty (20) amp Edison 120 volt circuits must be provided stage left in monitor <br />world. Also (3) 50 -amp services of 120{ 208 -volt single phase should be made available and within fifty (50) feet of <br />artist's tour buses for shore power hook up, along with electrician to connect tails upon arrival. <br />30. STAGING: <br />a. The STAGE size shall be a minimum size of Forty (40) feet deep by forty-eight (48) feet wide by five (5) feet <br />tall, with twelve (12) feet by sixteen (16) feet sound wings on each side of the stage. Stages shall be a minimum <br />of four (4) feet above floor as well as have hand rails and toe rails located on all sides of main stage except for <br />the audience side of stage. If outdoors or if stage height is more than five (5) feet high, an additional twelve (12) <br />feet by sixteen (16) feet wings for monitor position stage left and Guitar tech area stage right will be required. <br />Lighted stairs are to be located on both sides of the stage. A security barricade is required across the front of the <br />stage, roughly four (4) feet high, extending across the entire front of the stage approximately three (3) feet from <br />the downstage edge. This should be a sturdy barricade (no rope or police tape). A sixteen (16) foot ramp at <br />least thirty two (32) inches wide is required unless there is a forklift and separate operator dedicated for the sole <br />use for load in and load out. <br />b. If the engagement is outdoors, the stage, house mix position, monitor mix position and guitar tech area must be <br />covered and protected from the sun and inclement weather. The top covering for the stage must be load bearing <br />and capable of lowering to stage height and cover the complete stage. All staging, roof and risers must be <br />approved by ARTIST'S Production Manager thirty (30) days prior to show date. <br />31. RISERS: <br />A minimum of two (2) risers will be required on the stage. One (1) 8'x8'x2' and One (1) 8'x8'x2' this riser setup <br />will take up the entire main stage area. If ARTIST is to share the main stage with other performers, please inform <br />the ARTIST'S Production Manager during the advance to make arrangements. These risers are also for the <br />exclusive use of ARTIST. If the other acts require risers they must be provided separately. <br />32. FOH MIX POSITION: <br />Front of House mix position should be no more than eighty five feet (85') from down stage edge of stage, located <br />centered to the PA. This area shall be 24' wide by 12' deep and located on the main floor. Lighting mix position <br />shall be located behind sound mix area and shall be on a riser that is 24' wide by 12' deep by 24" high. A security <br />barricade must be provided to surround this area. If engagement is outdoors, FOH mix position must have a roof <br />type covering and be protected from the elements. (This includes hot sun as well as rain) <br />SOUND/PA: <br />
