23. DRESSING RO®iVfl5 <br />'POU" <br />TSU" !OV MIC <br />PURCHASER shall provide two (2) clean dressing rooms for the exclusive use of ARTIST, band and crew. Plus <br />one (I) clean room to be used for Deet and Greet, please make this the largest room available (Boardroom <br />style). This room should he located as close to the stage as possible. Each dressing room must conform to the <br />following standards and requirements: <br />a. Dressing rooms will be clean and ready for occupancy at load-in. <br />b. Each dressing room to contain a shower, private and well-supplied toilet facilities with hot and cold running <br />water. <br />c. Each dressing room will have a minimum of three (3) electrical outlets. <br />d. Dressing rooms to have properly working heating and air conditioning systems. <br />e. Each dressing room will contain a mirror. <br />f. Each dressing room to contain a garment rack. <br />g. Each dressing room to contain trashcans and ashtrays. <br />h. Comfortable Furniture is to be provided in each room, as well as regular chairs, Four (4) for ARTIST, ten (10) <br />for band and crew. <br />i. Dressing rooms are to be lockable and keys shall be given to PRODUCER'S representative upon arrival. <br />j. Television set with cable in all dressing rooms. <br />k. For Outdoor/Fair shows, 3 RV's are Acceptable <br />24. PRODUCTION OFFICE: PER ADVANCE <br />PURCHASER shall provide PRODUCER'S representative an office with two banquet style tables, (3) three <br />electrical outlets and (3) three telephone lines for exclusive use for PRODUCER'S representative, Cellular phones <br />maybe substituted upon approval of PRODUCER'S representative. These numbers should be given to <br />PRODUCER'S representative when advancing the date, For Outdoor/Fair shows, a RV is acceptable. HIGH- <br />SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION IS DESIRABLE. <br />25. GROUND TRANSPOR'T'ATION (RUNNER): PER ADVANCE <br />a. PURCHASER shall provide, at no cost to ARTIST or PRODUCER, ground transportation for ARTIST, with <br />designated drivers (local drivers familiar with city), to and from locations specified by PRODUCER'S <br />representative, One (1), Fifteen (15) passenger van with driver is ideal. <br />b. PURCHASER shall provide, at no cost to ARTIST or PRODUCER, one (1) First Class vehicle with driver for <br />ARTIST'S sole use, available from load -in throughout the day to the end of load -out. <br />c. On fly dates, PURCHASER shall provide :at no cost to ARTIST or PRODUCER, two (2) 15 -passenger vans, <br />one (1) cargo van and one (1) First Class vehicle with drivers, for airport pickups, and departures to and from <br />locations specified by PRODUCER'S representative. <br />26. PARKING: <br />PURCHASER shall provide adequate parking spaces and stage access for ARTIST'S (2) two, 45' tour buses each. <br />Shore power is requested when possible. Parking area must be fenced in and or barricaded. <br />27. SECURITY: PER ADVANCE <br />PURCHASER shall provide a minimum of twelve (12) dedicated (tee-shirt) security personnel to protect ARTIST, <br />ARTISTS band and crew, dressing rooms, equipment, buses and trucks. PRODUCER'S representative will direct <br />security. (No uniformed officers.) A meeting with head of security is required one (1) hour prior to doors being <br />opened. Stagehands, bar -backs, or other personnel are not acceptable as security. Security must be identifiable by <br />public, or (tee -shined). Artist road manager has complete control when it comes to barricades and security <br />placement. PRODUCER'S representative will issue all credentials for all working personnel. No other credentials <br />will be accepted. One security personnel to be at venue from time of load in to load out. <br />
