<br />MERCHANDISING SEE ADDENDUM
<br />a. No commission shall be paid to PURCHASER and/or VENUE on merchandise sales unless agreed to by
<br />PRODUCER and stated on the face of the contract, prior to the engagement.
<br />b. PURCHASER shall provide WIFI Access to the merchandise sales area, at no cost to PRODUCER, for
<br />connection of credit card machines.
<br />c. No rent shall be paid to PURCHASER and/or VENUE for space, tables, etc., unless
<br />approved in writing prior to the engagement by PRODUCER.
<br />d. PURCHASER shall provide a well -lit, secure area, with (4) 3' x 8' x 24" tables. If engagement is outdoors,
<br />merchandise area should be adequately protected from sun and inclement weather with a 10'x 10' tent.
<br />e. PRODUCER shall have the sole and absolute control and approval of any and all rights to any forms of
<br />merchandising to be offered for sale to the public. PURCHASER agrees that it's arrangement for presenting
<br />the engagement provided for herein shall prohibit the sale of souvenirs or similar merchandise on the premises
<br />in connection with this engagement, other than ARTIST'S official merchandise furnished by PRODUCER.
<br />PURCHASER further agrees that it will not offer, nor allow to be offered, any souvenirs, photos, posters, tee
<br />shirts, or any other type of merchandise bearing ARTIST'S name, logo and/or likeness, for sale to the public
<br />without written permission of the PRODUCER.
<br />f. PURCHASER agrees that it will not allow, under any circumstances, any support or opening act, or any other
<br />celebrity connected with the engagement provided for herein to make any public appearance on the premises
<br />for autograph signing, promotions, merchandising, or any other reason during ARTIST'S performance.

<br />epidemic, interruption, or in delay of transportation services, war conditions, or emergencies, or any similar or
<br />dissimilar to foregoing events, and beyond the control of ARTIST or PURCHASER, it is understood that

<br />Notwithstanding anything contained herein, inclement weather shall not be deemed to be a force majeure
