3. ARTIST shall use all his own backline equipment including drums.
<br />4. The billing provisions negotiated by the AGENT/PRODUCER for this engagement shall appear in the
<br />specified size and type in any and all advertising and publicity issued or solicited by PURCHASER pertaining
<br />to this engagement, including but not limited to, newspaper advertising, all printed material such as programs,
<br />flyers, signs, lobby boards, table cards, marquees, and any other advertising media including electronic lights,
<br />radio, and television. EXISTING SPONSORS
<br />5. ADVERTISING
<br />a. PURCHASER shall use only photographs, add slicks, and radio spots supplied by PRODUCER.
<br />b. PURCHASER shall not allow signs, placards, banners or any advertising material on or within fifty feet (50') of
<br />the stage without prior written approval from PRODUCER.
<br />c. PURCHASER shall not allow a radio station or any other party a presenting, promoting, co -promoting or
<br />sponsorship of the engagement without PRODUCER'S written permission.
<br />d. PURCHASER is responsible for any music licensing fees. (i.e.) ASCAP, BMI, ETC.
<br />e. PURCHASER shall furnish a complete Iist of radio stations, newspapers, and television stations being used in
<br />the promotion of this engagement, as well as add grids and proposed ticket on -sale date, to PRODUCER upon
<br />confirmation of engagement by PRODUCER.
<br />f. PURCHASER shall purchase and use only radio and television spots produced by Bill Young Productions in the
<br />advertising of ARTIST. No other produced spots are acceptable. Please contact Bill Young Productions at 281-
<br />240-7400.
<br />6. INTERVIEWS /PROMOTION
<br />a. PURCHASER agrees not to commit the ARTIST to any interviews, personal appearances, or any other type of
<br />Promotions without prior written consent of the PRODUCER. All interviews, advance and/ or on -site, whether
<br />radio, television, newspaper, press conferences, or any other publicity needs or requests involving ARTIST
<br />must be submitted via fax or email on company letterhead, THREE (3) WEEKS in advance of the engagement

<br />b. PURCHASER shalt not commit ARTIST to any autograph signing, photo sessions, special promotions or
<br />meetings without the prior written consent of the PRODUCER.
<br />7. COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS
<br />a. PURCHASER agrees to provide PRODUCER with up to 50 (Fifty) complimentary tickets to each show for
<br />ARTIST'S guests; tickets shall be located in the center of the house between (10th) tenth and (20th) twentieth
<br />rows, with an unobstructed view of the stage. These tickets and a seating chart should be available to
<br />PRODUCER'S representative by Sound Check time. Any unused tickets will be released for sale on the day of
<br />the performance by the PRODUCER'S representative only..

<br />OF ARTIST'S PERFORMANCE ..
<br />a. Absolutely no portion of the ARTIST'S performance rendered hereunder may be broadcast, taped, Filmed,
<br />recorded, or embodied in any form for any purpose or reproduction without the prior written approval ofrn
<br />PRODUCER. PURCHASER agrees to deny admittance to any person carrying audio or video recording

<br />equipment. This shall include members of the audience, media, venue, and PURCHASER'S staff. THERE

<br />SHALL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

<br />In the event that the PURCHASER, it's agents, servants, employees, and contractors hereunder reproduce, or
