PNC�HASER further agrees to give PRODUCER'S representative the right to examine and make extracts at <br />aom the box-office records of the PURCHASER relating to the gross receipts of the engagement. A <br />w -office statement certified and signed by the PURCHASER will be furnished to PRODUCER'S <br />ree within one (1) hour following the conclusion of the last performance. PURCHASER may not sell <br />tickets to the p Ormance herein as part of a subscription to a series of concerts. All tickets printed under the <br />manifest shall be the one stub, one price variety. There shall be no multiple tickets printed. Examples of the <br />tickets prohibited un gr this agreement are: <br />1. Written permiss' must be obtained <br />from the PRODUCER to sell any sea with an obstructed view or seats located to a rear of the stage. BILLING <br />a. The ARTIST shall be billed in all advertising and tickets printed as follows: <br />TRACK LAWRENCE <br />b. AS HEADLINER: <br />1. ARTIST shall receive 100%"e -Headline billing in any and all advertising and publicity issued or solicited <br />by PURCHASER pertaining to this engagement, including, but not limited to newspaper advertising, all <br />printed materials such as programs, flyers, signs, lobby boards, table cards, marquees and any other <br />advertising media including electronic lights, radio, and television. No other name or photograph shall appear <br />in type with respect to size, thickness, boldness prominence of the type accorded ARTIST and no other name <br />or photograph shall appear on the same line or above the name of ARTIST. <br />2. ARTIST shall have the right of approval over all other acts. <br />3. ARTIST must have the stage and stage area clear of all equipment before designated load -in times. <br />4. ARTIST production staff has complete control over all technical aspects of the ARTIST'S show including <br />any opening acts. <br />c. AS SUPPORT: <br />1. When ARTIST is performing as the Support or Opening Act, ARTIST is to receive 100% "EQUAL" billing <br />in any and all forms of advertising, publicity and promotion. <br />2. PURCHASER shall insure that all personnel working on the production of the show and equipment are <br />Available for the ARTIST sound check and entire show. <br />
