TRACY LAWRENCE 2017 CONTRACT RIDER
<br />THIS RIDER IS HEREWITH ATTACHED TO AND MADE PAR -1 OF, THE CONTRACT, DATED

<br />AT IN ON
<br />1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
<br />a. Each of the terms and conditions of this contract and attached rider is the essence of the agreement and
<br />necessary for ARTIST'S full performance hereunder. In the event PURCHASER refuses or neglects to provide
<br />any of the items herein stated and/or fails to make any of the payments provided herein, PURCHASER shall
<br />remain liable for the agreed price herein set forth. In addition, if on or before the date of any scheduled concert,
<br />PURCHASER has failed, neglected, or refused to perform any contract ►vith any other performer, for any earlier
<br />engagement, or if the financial contract with any other performer for any earlier engagement, or if the financial
<br />-%Wo <g fD statement credit of PURCHASER has been impaired or is in PRODUCER'S opinion unsatisfactory,
<br />W = r- z PRODUCER shall have the right to demand the payment of the guaranteed compensation forthwith.
<br />o z Hi ce b. PRODUCER shall have the right to cancel this engagement by a written notice to PURCHASER. To the effect
<br />9 K j and in such event, PRODUCER shall retain any amount thereto paid to PRODUCER by PURCHASER.
<br />c. PURCHASER warrants that it has the right to enter into this contract and is of legal age. PURCHASER shall
<br />and understands that in the event of a breach by the PURCHASER of any terms of
<br />this contract, the ARTIST shall not be required to perform.

<br />e. ;It is understood and agreed that PRODUCER shall have the sole and exclusive control over the production,
<br />presentation, and performance of the engagement referred to herein, including but not limited to, the details,
<br />means and methods of the performance, and the persons to be employed by the PRODUCER in performing the
<br />terms and conditions hereof.
<br />2. CONTRACT ALTERATION

<br />b. This agreement cannot be assigned to any other person, firm, or corporation.
<br />3. TICKETS / BOX OFFICE
<br />a. In cases where the ARTIST' V paid on a percentage basis, PURCHASER agrees to deliver to Artist's_

<br />printer's ma ' If PURCHASER shall violate any of the preceding pr-o-v1sr*n&QLthe paragraph, it shall be
<br />deem at the PURCHASER has sold a ticket for each seat in the house (and any pet ) at the
<br />highest ticket price for which the house is scaled.
