Section 3. Establishmenrn of Membership; Eligible individuals will qualify for membership by submitting their names, addresses, and telephone numbers to the Secretary/ Treasurer of the Association. Section 4. Membership List: The Secretary/Treasurer shall keep a current list of all members. Section 5. Membership Duces: The amount required for annual dues shall be $1 each year, unless changed by a majority vote of the members at an annual meeting of the full membership. Continued membership is contingent upon being up=to-date- on membership dues. Section 6. Twansfer of Membership: Membership shall not be transferred upon termination of a Member's leasehold interest in a space. Membership rights shall not cease upon the Member's death or dissolution, but shall pass to such Member's rightful heir or other successor on interest. Article III. Meeting of Members Section 1. Annual Meetings: The annual meeting of the Members shall be held on a Saturday during the months of April, May or June, for the purpose of electing Directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. Section 2. Special Meetings: Special. meetings of the Members, for any purpose or purposes, unless otherwise prescribed by statute, by be called by the President, or a quorum of the Board, and shall be called by the President at the written request of the holders of not less than twenty percent (20%) of all the Members of the Association entitled to vote at the meetings. Section 3. Place of Meeting: The board may designate any place of meeting within five (5) miles of the Park as the location for any annual meeting or for any special meeting called by the Board.
