2019 ELN Suggested Staff Scope of Services <br />TASKS: Economic Development <br />CONSULTANT will meet with regional economic development agencies, current lease <br />holders, the Airport Advisory Committee, regional real estate professionals and other <br />interested parties developing a strategy for attracting economic development to ELN. <br />The strategy will identity actions and timelines for Board consideration. To the extent <br />possible, the plan will identify planning level cost estimates for each major item of <br />implementation for Board consideration in future ELN budget cycles. CONSULTANT <br />will present the proposed plan to the Board at a public meeting. The plan will identify <br />short term actions (0-5 years) and long-term actions (6-20 years). <br />DELIVERABLE: Economic development plan presented to the Board at a public <br />meeting. <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
