CENTURY <br />WEST <br />E N G I N E E R I N G <br />A. DESIGN SERVICES <br />TASK 1— PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ ADMINISTRATION <br />Task 1 Work Items: <br />1. Carry out project administration including, but not limited to monitoring design and <br />project schedules, coordination of project with the County, monitoring and <br />reporting technical and budget issues to the County, and preparation of monthly <br />consultant invoices for submittal to the County. It is assumed the design phase of <br />the project will extend over a 4 month period. <br />2. Coordinate internal project team and sub -consultants. Two sub -consultants <br />(geotechnical and survey) are anticipated for this project. This effort includes <br />coordinating sub -consultant field work. <br />3. Conduct in-house QA/QC review of design elements and project deliverables. <br />4. Develop and provide a project schedule to the Airport. <br />5. Prepare FAA form 7460 for coordination with FAA's Obstruction Evaluation / Airport <br />Airspace Analysis (OE / AAA). Although no FAA funding is anticipated for this project, <br />coordination and submission of the 7460 form is still required for construction on <br />the airfield. <br />6. Prepare 7480 forms and submit to FAA for runway re-establishment. This task <br />assumes ongoing coordination with the FAA for runway establishment approval and <br />input of the runway data into the National Flight Data Center (NFDQ and <br />published plates. <br />7 The construction funding for this project is undetermined at this time. As the <br />County identifies and secures funding for construction, Century West will <br />identify and evaluate any design standard requirements associated with the <br />acceptance of the funding source that will need to be accommodated in the <br />design approach. Should any construction funding source requirements require <br />design elements in conflict with the assumed project elements stated in the <br />description above; a supplemental task order will be undertaken to address any <br />additional design efforts required. <br />Primary Task 1 Deliverables: <br />• Project schedule. <br />• FAA form 7460 (pdf) <br />• FAA form 7480 (pdf) <br />3of11 <br />
