PAPI's, VASI's, edge lights, REIL's, or any other <br />lighting or NAVAID's are not included within this project. The project is limited to <br />non -illuminated sign relocations/installations. <br />4. No surface or subsurface drainage improvements are included within the scope of <br />the project. It is assumed the existing shed section and drainage patterns will be <br />maintained within this project. <br />5. The obstruction verification efforts within this scope are limited to visual field survey <br />checks. No aerial mapping or AGIS survey analysis of airspace and obstructions will <br />be performed within this task. Additionally, if obstructions are identified during the <br />field verification, further obstruction analysis or AGIS level surveys would be <br />included in a subsequent task order. <br />6. It is assumed the County will prepare and conduct their own SEPA review. <br />Preparation of a SEPA checklist is not included in this scope of work. If deemed <br />necessary at a later time, this effort will be covered under a separate contract task <br />order. <br />7. It is assumed a County clearing and grading permit will not be required for this <br />project. If deemed necessary at a later time, this effort will be covered under a <br />separate contract task order. <br />8. Preparation of a DBE plan and DBE goals is not included within this scope of work. If <br />necessary, this work will be conducted in a separate contract task order. <br />9. The County shall send the invitation to bid to media outlets for advertisement and <br />pay advertising fees directly. <br />10. It is assumed the County will conduct the bid opening and will prepare the <br />construction contracts with the awarded contractor. The Consultant will not attend <br />the bid opening. <br />11. Bidding and construction administration support services is not included in this <br />scope of work and will be included in a future contract task order. <br />12. Pen and Ink updates to the Airport Layout Plan will be required by the FAA. Pen and <br />Ink ALP updates are not included within this scope, but will be part of a future <br />construction support task order. <br />10 of 11 <br />
