The project manager and project engineer will <br />attend the meeting. Key design components will be developed to a level consistent <br />with a 90% level of completion. <br />Primary Task G Deliverables: <br />• 90% level plan documents (18 sheets) <br />• 90% level draft bidding documents (specifications) <br />• 90% level quantity and construction cost estimate <br />G Draft NOI for Airport signature and submittal to DOE <br />TASK 7- FINAL DESIGN <br />Task 7 Work Items: <br />1. Review 90% level review comments from Airport; address and respond to <br />comments. <br />2. Prepare final plans for proposed improvements; 18 plan sheets are anticipated. <br />3. Prepare final bidding documents. <br />4. Prepare final quantity and construction cost estimates for the project. <br />5. Prepare four sets of final plans and specifications. Two will be submitted to the <br />Airport, and two sets will be kept for reference. <br />Primary Task 7 Deliverables: <br />• Final plan documents (18 sheets) <br />• Final bidding documents (specifications) <br />• Final quantity and construction cost estimate <br />B. ASSUMPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS <br />1. This project is deemed a NEPA categorical exclusion (CATER). No environmental site <br />investigations will be performed, and a CATEX checklist will NOT be prepared. <br />2. Noise contour updates for the new runway configuration are not included within <br />this scope of work. <br />9of11 <br />
