Bidding documents will include <br />bidding/contract specifications, general and special provisions, technical provisions, <br />and other related sections and forms. Specifications will be developed per <br />WSDOT/APWA standards, supplemented with FAA standard specifications as <br />applicable. <br />11. Prepare 90% level quantity and construction cost estimates for the project. <br />12. Review NPDES requirements. Prepare Notice of Intent (NOI) for Airport/County <br />signature and submittal to Department of Ecology (DOE). It assumed that a Storm <br />Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) will be prepared by the contractor to <br />receive coverage under the NPDES Construction Stormwater General Permit prior to <br />beginning construction. <br />13. Prepare four sets of 90% level plans and specifications. Two sets will be submitted <br />to the Airport and two sets will be kept for reference. <br />8of11 <br />
