Mark Cook stated he will explain the <br />formulation to the task force as well. <br />ELN PRIVATE HANGAR LEASES <br />Mark Cook stated that at the November 19, 2019 agenda a public hearing <br />was held to consider a lease for private hangar construction at Bowers <br />Field. Mark Cook continued that the public hearing was continued to <br />December 3, 2019 for a full Board to be present. Mark Cook commented <br />that he did withdraw the application presented to the Conference of <br />Governments for taxi lane construction and utilities due to the county <br />submitting two applications for consideration, the second application <br />being for Bloom Pavilion upgrades. Mark Cook added that after more <br />research the Binding Site Plan can be updated to reflect the area <br />under question to commercial sites for hangars instead of private <br />hangars and this will not be in conflict of the Approved Layout Plan <br />for Bowers Field. Discussion was a held.
