Task 5 Deliverables: <br />• Monthly invoice and status reports (PDF) <br />• Meeting Notes (PDF) <br />• Periodic schedule updates (MS Project or PDF) <br />Schedule <br />We are prepared to begin this project upon written authorization to proceed. Assuming <br />an October 2019 start, we anticipate the permit process will be completed by August <br />2020 depending on agency review and hearing schedule requirements. The project <br />duration is proposed through December 2020 to allow for project closeout. <br />Assumptions <br />• The County will provide the current permits associated with the site, including LPL <br />permit, land use permit, air permit, SEPA checklist and Determination of Non- <br />significance, and any other current permits or approval documentation for the LPL. <br />• The County will provide operational and financial records for the facility required to <br />update the current permits. <br />• The Hydrologic Evaluation of Landfill Performance (HELP) Model results will be <br />applicable to the expanded facility. <br />• Geotechnical and hydrogeologic updates will include the geotechnical and hydrogeologic <br />investigation, groundwater monitoring plan, and stability analysis. A contaminant fate <br />and transport update will not be required. <br />• The LPL permit will require up to eight drawings including: <br />Site Plan <br />Development Plan <br />Final Fill Plan <br />Landfill Sections, Sheet 1 of 2 <br />Landfill Section, Sheet 2 of 2 <br />Details, Sheet 1 of 3 <br />Details, Sheet 2 of 3 <br />Details Sheet 3 of 3. <br />• The Kittitas County Project Permit will require one drawing of the site plan identifying <br />permit specific information. <br />• All permitting fees will be paid directly by the County. <br />• Permit applications will be substantially similar in scale to those already in-place. <br />• There will be one round of review and response to agency comments on each permit <br />application. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 18 of 23 <br />
