• Consultant staff will attend up to six local meetings, including the kick-off meeting, pre - <br />application conferences, one permit review meeting, one pond review, one public <br />hearing in Ellensburg. <br />• Consultant will obtain the services of a driller for the installation of up to two new <br />groundwater monitoring wells. <br />• Test pit exploration performed in 2004 remains representative, and no additional test pits <br />are required. <br />• Site survey will require 2 days onsite by two Consultant staff, followed by an additional <br />trip to locate the new groundwater monitoring wells. <br />KCCDS will advertise and provide public notice for the SEPA Environmental Checklist. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 19 of 23 <br />
