Consultant will use the 2008 plan as a basis, interview County operations staff for current <br />practices and procedures to be incorporated into the plan, and develop a proposed inspection <br />plan for leak testing. The Consultant will provide support services for discussion and <br />negotiations with Ecology. The Consultant will attend one onsite meeting with the County and <br />Ecology. The plan will be developed in draft with one round of revisions to incorporate County <br />and Ecology comments for the final Operation and Maintenance Manual. No figures will be <br />required for inclusion in the plan. <br />Task 3 Deliverables: <br />• One draft and final submittal of the Operation and Maintenance Manual (PDF) <br />TASK 4: UNPLANNED CRITICAL WORK <br />The Consultant will provide as needed engineering support at the request of the County <br />for needs identified during the LPL permit update process. As services are requested, <br />the Consultant will promptly develop a brief scope and budget. Upon County approval, <br />the Consultant will proceed with the unplanned services. Considering the unknown <br />nature and level of effort that may be required, an allowance of $10,000 has been <br />established for use as directed by the County. The Consultant will only utilize this <br />budget as approved by the County, and will not proceed with services beyond the <br />amount established. <br />TASK 5: PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />This task covers our day-to-day management of the work, including the work of our <br />teaming partners, to make certain that the project progresses on schedule, within <br />budget, and meets all of the County's expectations for content and quality. <br />Project management activities will include: <br />• Developing an internal work plan, or Project Management Plan (PMP), which will include <br />an outline of project objectives, communication plan, project criteria, quality control plan, <br />scheduling, deliverables, and the many other aspects required to execute, monitor, and <br />control the project <br />• Managing project activities <br />• Schedule tracking <br />• Preparing monthly invoices accompanied by a project status report <br />• Administering subcontractor agreements <br />• Coordinating, scheduling, and participating in project meetings, including preparation of <br />meeting notes <br />Along with project management, our quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program <br />will be implemented.
