RESOLUTION 2019-200 WEIHL ROAD PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2019-200, Establishing Weihl Road (MP 0.00 to MP 0.24) onto the County Public Road Network, and to Direct the Public Works Department to add it onto the County Road Log. RESOLUTION 2019-201 JACOBS ENGINEERING PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2019-201, Authorizing Chair’s Signature on Amendment No. 03 to Jacobs Engineering Task Order in the Amount of $586,676.00 Supporting the Final Design of the Teanaway Hydraulics Improvement Project. RESOLUTION 2019-202 TAXING DISTRICTS COMMISSIONERS Approve Resolution No. 2019-202, Certifying the County Assessor the Respective Amounts of Taxes Levied for Each Taxing District. AGREEMENTS OPERATIONAL AGREEMENTS COMMISSIONERS Approve the 2019 Lodging Tax Services Agreements for Operations including the following: Kittitas County Auditor’s Office – LT-2019-029-Auditor in the amount of $128,000.00 ($24,193.00 Operations and $103,807.00 Bond Payment). Kittitas County Valley Event Center – LT-2019-030-KVEC in the amount of $110,000.00 for the Arena Management Integration. AGREEMENT CITY OF KITTITAS – LIBRARY SERVICES COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between the City of Kittitas; Library Board of Trustees and Kittitas County, in the amount of $8,500.00 to provide library services to County residents living outside the City Limits from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. AGREEMENT CITY OF ROSLYN – LIBRARY SERVICES COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between the City of Roslyn; Library Board of Trustees and Kittitas County, in the amount of $21,000.00 to provide library services to County residents living outside the City Limits from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
