12/17/2019 MINUTES 7 AGREEMENT CITY OF ELLENSBURG – LIBRARY SERVICES COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between the City of Ellensburg; Library Board of Trustees and Kittitas County, in the amount of $111,000.00 to provide library services to County residents living outside the City Limits from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. AGREEMENT CITY OF CLE ELUM – LIBRARY SERVICES COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between the City of Cle Elum; Library Board of Trustees and Kittitas County, in the amount of $22,950.00 to provide library services to County residents living outside the City Limits from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. AGREEMENT UPPER COUNTY SENIOR CENTER COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and the Upper Kittitas County Senior Center (Putnam Centennial Center) in the amount of $19,900.00, to provide public services benefiting senior citizens and others in the communities of Upper Kittitas County from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. AGREEMENT HOPESOURCE – UPPER COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and HopeSource, in the amount of $12,000.00, to provide services to senior citizens in the form of referral and transportation services, which needs are not currently being fully met in the County, from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
