RESOLUTION 2019-197 SMALL WORKS ROSTER AUDITOR Approve Resolution No. 2019-197, Amending Kittitas County’s Small Public Works Roster Process to Award Public Works Contracts, a Consulting Services Roster for Architectural, Engineering, and other Professional Services, and a Vendor Roster for Goods and Services Not Related to Public Works Contracts. AGREEMENT GREATER COLUMBIA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, LLC PROSECUTOR Approve the First Amended Joint County Authority ASO Interlocal Operating Agreement of the Greater Columbia Behavioral Health, LLC, a Washington Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization and limited Liability Company, effective January 1, 2020. RESOLUTION 2019-198 CANON SOLUTIONS AMERICA PROSECUTOR Approve Resolution No. 2019-198, for a Lease Agreement with Canon Solutions America, to Upgrade a Copy Machine in the Prosecutor’s Office. AGREEMENTS INDIGENT DEFENSE SERVICES SUPERIOR COURT Approve an Agreement for Kittitas County Superior Court Indigent Defense Services with Candy Powers, Deborah King, Paul McBride and Guy Zimmerman from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. REQUEST TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND SPECIFYING FUNDING FOR THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT ADVOCATES FOR CHILDREN FOR KITTITAS COUNTY – ITEM MOVED TO BOARD DISCUSSION & DECISION. RESOLUTION 2019-199 MERIT SERVICES SUPERIOR COURT Approve Resolution No. 2019-199, Specifying Funding for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Kittitas County Superior Court and Merit Services for the Drug Court Program from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020.
