12/17/2019 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS 2020 LAW & JUSTICE GRANTS AUDITOR <br />Approve the following Law & Justice Grant Agreements for 2020 Grant <br />Funds between Kittitas County and the following Agencies: <br /> <br />Kittitas County Sheriff – Corrections (Grant #20-01): $13,089.93 for a <br />Cellsense Plus Detection System. <br /> <br />Court Advocates for Children for Kittitas County (Grant #20-02): <br />$4,500.00 for Prevention & Public Awareness Training & Screening and <br />Advertising. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor (Grant #20-03): $10,685.60 for Child Forensic <br />Interview Room Recording System and Necessary Furniture as Listed in the <br />Application. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Search and Rescue (Grant #20-04): $6,058.00 for Winter <br />Track System for Side-by-Side. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Sheriff (Grant #20-05): $3,356.07 for Two Laptops for <br />Judges to Access for Electronic or Telephone Search Warrants. <br /> <br />HopeSource (Grant #20-060): $2,500.00 for Scholarships for After School <br />Activities. <br /> <br />City of Kittitas Police Department (Grant #20-07): $1,400.00 for Four <br />Ballistic Vest Plates. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Public Health (Grant #20-09): $1,000.00 for Child Injury <br />Prevention (Car Seats, Helmets, Training). <br /> <br />Kittitas County Fire District #1 (Grant #20-10): $500.00 for Traffic <br />Safety Equipment (Cones, Signs, and Lights). <br /> <br />Kittitas County Event Center (Grant #20-11): $3,600.00 for Two AED’s <br />with Cabinets. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Sheriff (Grant #20-12): $3,987.90 for Defensive Tactics <br />Training Equipment. <br /> <br />Youth Services of Kittitas County (Grant #20-13): $5,000.00 for Program <br />Support as Listed on the Application (Excluding Advertisement Videos). <br /> AGREEMENT ASCENTIS CORPORATION IT <br />Approve an Ascentis Corporation Master Services Agreement and Master <br />Customer Agreement (Statement of Work) with DataPro to upgrade Kittitas <br />County’s Time and Attendance Software from January 1, 2020 through
