We also understand that visitors are more likely to stay overnight vr,hen events are coordinated to occur within the same time frame, thus warranting an extended visit. Given that "Our Voices of Kittco" is a collaborative endeavor, events will most certainly be scheduled in a thoughtful, coordinated fashion. 2500 character linit This estimate of 225 overnight stays in paid accommodations is based upon the number of confirmed collaborators (14), and a conservative estimate that 60% of partnerships (around 8) we are \rcrking to develop will be successful (resulting in 22 collaboraling institutions). Each collaborator has pledged to hold I - 2+ events throughout 2020 (\ ile are estimating 35 events), for which rrre anticipate a minimum of 5 stays in overnight accommodations. We also anticipate that lhe culminating events (Oct. 24) tor "Our Voices of Kittco" will bring individuals from state organizations as rarell as interested tourisis from throughout the region.
