Each participating organization or business will be given a <br />tracking sheet that will query visitors on 1) iheir 2p code of origin as well as <br />wlrether they have 2) stayed overnight in a paid accommodation, 2) lf an affirmative <br />ans\ier to #2, what type of accommodation they stayed in, 4) Whether they paid for <br />meals during their stay, and 5) Whether they did any other shopping during their <br />stay. These tracking sheets will be collected after events and tallied for a total. <br />Many collaborating institutions already track this information and it will be easily <br />incorporated inio iheir efforts. <br />We will also be tracking google analytics on the ourvoicesofkittco.com u,ebsite and <br />insights into our social media presence in order to be sure we are reaching target <br />audiences that are local and live 50+ miles from Ellensburg. <br />With the reach at the state level for the Centennial, we feel our impact of out-of- <br />county visitors will be strong.
