We have chosen the weekend before 4th of July as our standard vreekend for the event. We will continue to use a survey to capture data from our atiendees to determine vr,here they are coming from, and how they are hearing about the event. We will continue to maximize our efforts in our promotional marketing of the event by trying to reach far and wide to key areas. We will market/promote this event in stages by uorking with a digital marketing company in order to customize our target audience and epand our reach vr,hile focusing our efforts outside of Kittitas County. We will also be print, radio, print, and direct mailing promotional materials as vr,ell as registrations to invite previous registered attendees. We will continue to develop our relationships with local organizations, clubs, businesses, and include marketing materials on the different activities to enjoy while in Kittitas County. We will use our custom survey with Survey Monkey using specific queslions about attendees plans urhile in Kittitas County. See below: 1.)
