We have chosen the weekend before 4th of July as <br />our standard u,eekend for the event. <br />We will continue to use a survey to capture data from our attendees to determine <br />where they are coming from, and how they are hearing about the event. <br />We will continue to maximize our efforts in our promotional marketing of the event <br />by trying to reach far and wide to key areas. <br />We Wll market/promote this event in stages by vr,rcrking with a digital marketing <br />company in order io customize our target audience and expand our reach while <br />focusing our efforts oulside of Kittitas County. We will also be print, radio, print, and <br />direct mailing promotional materials as rtell as registrations to invite previous <br />registered altendees. <br />We will continue to develop our relationships with local organizations, clubs, <br />businesses, and include marketing materials on the different activiiies to enjoy <br />while in Kittilas County. <br />We Wll use our custom survey with Survey Monkey using specific questions about <br />attendees plans whlle in Kittitas County.
