KVEC staff will make the final decision whether I group is qualified, <br />and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, <br />o. RV Hook-ups and Dry Comping: KVEC oflers RV hookup spaces and vehiole camping or "dry'' (no utilities used) tent <br />carnping. Areas on the grounds will be designated as "hook up" or "dry" camping areas, and all vehicles occupying spaces <br />within those areas will be charged accordingly. <br />One designated camping coordinator must be responsible fot registering and collecting all fees from campers. KVEC will <br />provide an appropriate log sheet(s). <br />A copy of the completed log sheet must be providcd to the KVEC office within forty-eight (48) hours after the conelusion <br />of the event. Lessee will be bilted for all camping, <br />Utilities hookup to any barn, arena, building or any other non-designatcd area is strictly prohibited. <br />A dump station is available in the north RV lot and is available to Licensee's patrons only, and only in conjunction with <br />authorized events under thc tcrms of this agre€ment. <br />The RV/Dry Carnping spaces may be reservsd at the cost below and witl be available lbr use startang at l0 AM the day <br />prior to thc first Event Day, as stated in I.8.5: All Rates inolude applicable Sales and Lodging Tax, <br />RV Hookup l.'ee: Electric and Water (Seasonal)$15.00 per space per night <br />Dry Camping Fee: No Water or Electric $10.00 per space per night <br />d. Equine Stalls: KVEC will make available non-bedded Equine and Tack Stalls for use by Licensee 's attendees, if <br />applicable to the event. <br />One designated Stall coordinator must be responsible for registering and assigning all stalls. A copy ofthe completed stall <br />assignment log sheet must be provided to the KVF.C offtce at the conclusion of the event (within 3 days), <br />in return for barn and/or stall fees, oach and every group will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning ofth€ <br />barn(s) and or stall/pens to the satisfaction ofthe Event Center staffduring all activities covered under this agreement, <br />excluding the 4-H Jr, Horse Fair and the Kittitas County Fair. <br />Individuals are responsible for cleaning all refuse oul of stall/pens into the middle aisle to be removed by Event Center <br />staff, including washing down watls ofbarn(s) and/or stalls, ifneeded, separating garbage fiom animal refuse, and <br />disposing ofproperly, Ifabove areas are not clcaned thoroughly to the satisfaction ofEvent Center statt, a fee of <br />$10.00/stall or pen, eto. will be oharged to Licensee. <br />When wash racks are used, dl areas in and around the wash racks arc to bc clcaned. In addition, all manure in walking, <br />driving, and grass areas are to be removed by users. A fee of$65 per rnan hour to clean wash racks, walking areas, grass <br />areas, and driving areas, will be charged to the Licensee ifareas are not cleaned and maintained during and after the <br />activity is over. <br />e. Frir Stall, Pcns, Ties, and Cage Sct-up: Clubs, leaders, and superintendents will be responsiblo for assisting in <br />preparation and set up of pens, stalls, and cages for the County Fair, Horse Fair, and pte-shows. Event Center staff will tear <br />down, clean up pens and stall after closure of4-H Horse Fair and County Fair, (excluding poultry and rabbit cages cages <br />must be left clean and refuse disposed ofat designated refuse area). <br />lmmediately upon end ofevent, all signage, posters, flags, and special water systems (such as in the swine, rabbits, and <br />poultry areas) must be removed by participating clubs and/or leaders. Any articles, signage, posters, flags, etc. remaining <br />after event will be disposed ofunless prior anangements are made with Event Center staff. <br />f. Bagged Shavings: KVEC will NOT provide bagged shavings for the event, with the exception ofthe 4-H Jr. Horse Fair <br />and Kittitas Coung Fair. <br />4.
