4. Marketing and Advertising <br />a. Administer and oversee Ellensburg tourism promotion efforts to <br />promote the City's events, attractions, fscilit/es, and destination <br />downtown, Including <br />i. marketing campaigns, <br />ii. advertising, <br />Iii. brochures, <br />iv. solicitation of conventions and meetings, <br />v. participation in trade shows, and <br />vi. other activities agreed to by the parties from time to time. <br />5. Signage <br />a.
