2 <br />We have the following comment before we can schedule a site visit: <br />1.There is some missing information which is required in WAC 246-272B-03000 Site Review. Specifically there are <br />no test pit data and information concerning the primary and reserve drainfield location and area is missing. <br />Requirements of the following sections are missing:Test pits have not been completed yet and would be done <br />as the design moves forward. <br />WAC 246-272B-03000 (4), (9), (10), (11), and (12). <br />2.Since the development has individually owned lots or units, please explain how are you going to address the <br />requirements in WAC 246-272B-04100 Management Plan (1) (b).This portion of code would be addressed by <br />(b) (ii) – private management entity with public entity.
