3 <br />Log in via the IE web browser to ftp.doh.wa.gov/public/EPH/LOSS-EEfiles <br />Change the view to File Explorer (press Alt, click View, and then click Open FTP Site in File Explorer). <br />NOTE: You have to right click in the File Explorer window to enter the user name and password <br />(select Login As…). <br />The user name is eph_user <br />The password is D0hloss (that is a zero not a capital o after the D) <br />Once your upload is complete, send an email to wastewatermgmt@doh.wa.gov so we can confirm receipt. <br />Thanks. <br />Mamdouh H.
