After the development of the site, water quality treatment will be provided for runoff from impervious road <br />surfaces requiring stormwater treatment, including bio-filtration swales, bio-infiltration, and sheet flow <br />dispersion. <br />WSDOT <br />Washington State Department of Transportation is not opposed to the project, and referenced concerns as <br />to the conditions outlined in the MPR Conditions of Approval regarding monitoring. WSDOT requested the <br />applicant provide an updated traffic monitoring report to the County and WSDOT for review. <br />Response: <br />Traffic impacts of the MPR, including Phase 3, Divi 15-16, continue to be considerably lower than <br />estimated in the MPR-FEIS.
