We will ask specific questions about attendees plans while in Kittitas County. See below. 1) Will you be enjoying any other activities in Kittitas County? 2) Will you return to Kittitas County to attend another event within the next year? 3) How did you hear about ChillA)de? 4) Was it your first time you attended an event in Kittitas County? 5) Did you travel from more then 50 miles away? 6) Are you a local to Kittitas County? 7) Did you enjoy this event? 8) Will you attend this event in the future? 9) Will you be staying overnight in Kittitas County? 10) Did you pay for accommodations? We will offer incentives to people that complete the survey by ending them into a drawing for swag. We will create and foster a relationship Wth some of our local businesses by working closely with them to have a role as inkind sponsors or level cash sponsors. We will also develop a relationship with the Kittitas County Farmers market as it runs in conjunction with my event on that Saturday. We wuill be including brochures and information about our community in all our goodie bags and I will make these available to our attendees at the event so they can see what else is happening on that weekend in our community. 2500 character limit Response 3 C: C.
