Application Questions: Part 3 <br />41 Collaboration <br />If your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups, or other <br />events, how is this accomplished? <br />Collaboration * The Kittitas Valley Event Center is a large facility with a significant number of <br />people coming for many reasons. <br />We have a close working relationship with the Kittitas County Fair Board, and we <br />will collaborate with members of that Fair Board for the 2019 ChillAxle. <br />We believe a large number of our citizens in Kittitas County have either held an <br />event at the Kittitas Valley Event Center or attended an event here. <br />2500 character lirrtt <br />51 Future Plans <br />Please explain what plans exist to allow this project to become self-sustaining. Include any plans for ticket <br />sales, event sponsors, and other cost -recovery models. <br />Future Plans* This event is anticipated to be self sustaining within 3 years. It received a lot of very <br />positive feedback and I believe that thru word of mouth this event will only continue <br />to get bigger. <br />The Kittitas Valley Event Center will be able to host this event as it continues to <br />expand and become a reliable event and destination for a wonderful family friendly <br />event. <br />ChillAxle has the unique ability to grow and expand in many directions by hold more <br />space for more classic vehicles and upgrading the RC Car race from Bloom to the <br />Rodeo Arena if the event continues to receive such positive reviews from <br />attendees, registrants, business owners, and community members. <br />This is the perfect event to add to our growing list of events that are offered in our <br />small community by fostering a unique vibe that allows for our cultural curiosity in <br />classic vehicles from our past and mini cars that will amaze you! <br />Carnival rides, BMX Racing, family fun day activities, Food truck expo, cheese <br />festival, clothing/food drive, comedy night ... you name it and we can add it. <br />2500 character linit <br />Application Questions: Part 4 <br />61 Additional Information <br />Provide any additional information which will assist the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee in evaluating your <br />project and its benefit to tourism. <br />e, <br />
