Measuring Results* The event is date specific - the weekend prior to 4th of July. 6/29/19 We will target advertise to cities and towns outside of Kittitas County with advertising campaigns geared towards capturing the interest of young and old via print, radio, tv, digital, and poster advertising strategically placed. We will also direct mail to our custom mailing list created from out 2018 event We will create and foster a relationship with some of our local businesses by working closely with them to have a role as inkind sponsors or level cash sponsors We will also develop a relationship with the Kittitas County Farmers market as it runs in conjunction with my event on that Saturday. We will be including brochures and information about our community in all our goodie bags and I will make these available to our attendees at the event so they can see what else is happening on that weekend in our community. We will create a custom survey with survey monkey. I will ask specific questions about attendees plans while in Kittitas County.
