VWiat strategies will you employ to assure you are attracting tourists from at least 50 miles away? <br />Measuring Results* As our marketing campaign is based in digital marketing, we will be able to use <br />advertising tools on social media platforms that target advertisements to specific <br />locations that are at least 50 miles away from the Thorp Mill. <br />For example, within Facebook we can change the marketing radius to include more <br />populated areas such as Seattle, Spokane, Issaquah, North Bend, Wenatchee, and <br />the Tri -cities. <br />2500 character linit <br />Response 3 C: C, VWiat strategies will you useto assist in marketing all of Kittitas County as a tourist destination with your <br />Measuring Results * event/projectfunding request? <br />While Thorp Mill is a valued heritage resource within our community, it is not a <br />stand-alone destination. The presence of other museums and businesses <br />(particularly services) are integral to the Thorp Mill's success as a cultural <br />institution. Currently, we promote these organizations through our sizeable <br />brochure display and direct recommendations. <br />If we receive this funding, we will promote the events and pages of other institutions <br />within our community, particularly those we collaborate with. We will include on the <br />Thorp Mill's website—and in featured posts on the Thorp Mill Facebook page— <br />information about nearby attractions, such as the Thorp Fruit Stand, as well as key <br />services for visitors, such as restaurants and hotels within Ellensburg.
