What strategies will you use to assist in marketing all of Kittitas County as a tourist destination with your <br />event/project funding request? <br />Response 3: Mal tools will you use to neasure your event's inpact on tourisn4 Rease be specific and provide examples. <br />Measuring Results* Our event is not date specific but will run throughout the entire calendar year. <br />Assessment of our event's impact on tourism will be done virtually throughout the <br />year, and in-person during the Thorp Mill's season (Memorial Day weekend — the <br />first weekend in October). <br />We will distribute virtual and in-person surveys that address some or all of the <br />following questions: <br />Are social media followers also visitors to the Thorp Mill? <br />What motivates people to visit the Thorp Mill? <br />How do visitors feel about the quality of the Thorp Mill's exhibitions and programs? <br />How do people find out about the Thorp Mill? <br />How far away do Thorp Mill visitors travel? <br />Do visitors to the Thorp Mill stay overnight in a hotel or campground? <br />Virtual Assessment: Throughout the year, we will administer Facebook Surveys to <br />Thorp Mill followers. These surveys will find out whether followers have visited the <br />Mill, their motivations for visiting (if they have done so), their impression of the <br />Thorp Mill (its programs and exhibitions), how they found out about the Thorp Mill, <br />whether they stayed overnight during their last visit to the Thorp Mill, and howfar <br />they traveled in order to visit the Thorp Mill. <br />In-person Assessment: Visitor assessment regularly occurs during the Thorp Mill's <br />open season (Memorial Day weekend — first weekend in October). Visitor <br />engagement surveys distributed on-site will ask questions about motivations for <br />visiting, general impressions of the Thorp Mill and its programs/exhibitions, how <br />visitors found out about the Mill, whether they stayed overnight during their last visit <br />to the Thorp Mill, and how far they traveled in order to visit the Mill. <br />2500 character linit <br />Response 3 A: A.
