Coordinate with COUNTY and subconsultant team to incorporate Structures, Right of <br />Way, and Hydraulic design elements into the Project Design File. <br />b. Develop a preliminary Basis of Design Memo including project criteria, existing and <br />proposed geometrics, project constraints, design speed, clear zone, design elements, <br />design variances, design decisions, drainage design, stormwater evaluation; <br />environmental permits, right-of-way, hydraulics, maintenance of traffic (MOT), <br />maintenance concerns, and any outstanding issues to be resolved. Some of these <br />elements may not be applicable for this project. <br />c. Develop the Project Design File. <br />d. Develop a 30% Design plan set with existing and proposed horizontal and vertical <br />roadway centerline alignments for review by the COUNTY. <br />e. Develop a 60% progress set of plans for an over -the -shoulder review with the COUNTY. <br />This progress report will include a preliminary cost estimate. <br />f. Prepare 90% contract plan set which will include: <br />i. Horizontal and Vertical Alignment, including walls as necessary <br />ii. Typical Sections <br />iii. Site Prep Plans <br />iv. Grading Plans <br />
